We also work with many mortgage lenders, title companies, escrow agents, and signing agencies to provide Notary Signing Agent services for local real estate closings and are always up to date with the latest technology and the best equipment. We can receive E-Docs and perform the signing the same day! We have the flexibility to accommodate busy schedules or non-standard working hours with daytime, evening and weekend appointments available.
We manage the loan signing from confirming with the borrower(s)/signee, notifying borrower(s) of special requirements, and download and prepare copies for the appointment. No detail is overlooked!
